1. Privacy

1.1 The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 came into effect on 15 November 2013. The objective of the PDPA is to regulate the processing of personal data in a commercial transaction.

1.2 According to Personal Data Protection (Class of Data Users) Order 2013 [P.U.A) 36], currently, there are 11 sectors that require registration under the Act. is not required to register. Our services comply with all applicable laws.

1.3 However, on our part, we are required to inform you why we collect your personal data, how we use it and whatever we share it with any other party (if yes, then with whom).

2. Subscription Policy

2.1. You can purchase a monthly/yearly subscription plan using a credit card or debit card.

2.2.  Upon signing-up you are given three (3) email credits to review our service in full. After the three (3) email credits have been fully utilized, you will be requested to purchase a subscription if you wish to continue using our service and its features. You agree to provide with updated Checkout Information upon Stripe payment gateway request and any time the information earlier provided is no longer valid.

2.3. By allowing to authorize subscription payments for your account, you are providing:

  • Checkout information that is true and accurate
  • Authorize Supernewsroom to charge you for the applicable service
  • Authorize Supernewsroom to charge you for any other paid features of the applicable service that you choose to subscribe for or use.

2.4. With automatic-billing, by authorizing to charge your linked preferred payment processor for the subscription fees associated with your subscription plan, the user is authorizing the Stripe payment gateway to automatically continue charging that payment processor (or any replacement payment method account if the original account fails) for all fees or charges associated with your subscription plan. User allows the payment processor to pay any amounts described herein and authorize Stripe payment gateway to continue to attempt to charge all sums described herein to your account until such amounts are paid in full. will notify the user in advance of any change in the amount to be charged for a recurring subscription.

2.5 . All monthly subscriptions are auto-recurring payments. The payment renews automatically on their due renewal date according to the date of purchase until officially canceled in writing. Users may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to

2.6. By purchasing a subscription plan, users accept that the payment details are stored with and/or its payment platform providers for the purpose of processing and completing the payment of the service.

2.7. Once users commence a free three (3) email credits usage, the free email usage is set from the first email that the user sent out via Users can only utilize the offered free three (3) email credits once.

2.8. All fees are charged in advance, on the purchase, by the authorized payment information stored in the system (the gateway of Stripe ). All amounts that have been paid are non-refundable.

2.9. In cases where is directly responsible for any errors that have occurred, the subscriber obtains the right, within reason, to request some form of reimbursement for those payments that are affected in the form of store credits.

2.10. Payment terms on setup and monthly fee by using Stripe are invoiced instantly upon paying the Subscription Fee (“350 email credits” /  “unlimited email credits” plans respectively). Future recurring credit card payments will be made every 30 days from the first payment date or on a 12-month basis if you chose to opt-in for a yearly subscription fee to instead. This does not apply to 100-email credits subscribers.

2.11. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the user is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

2.12. Subscribers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, the user has to write to

3. Refund policy

3.1. If you find that the subscription plan was not the right decision and think that the plan that you have subscribed to is not suitable for your needs, we want to help you to make things right. Within 14 days of purchase, Supernewsroom will reimburse the full price paid on request, on the premise that none of the services in the subscription plan has been utilized in the first place.

3.2. Refund requests are to be sent via email to In order to receive a prompt reply, please let us know that what is the plan that you required to refund with a clear explanation of what is a feature that you find not suitable, we’d love to hear from you on how can we improve our services. No refunds to be provided after 14 days of your date of purchase.

3.3. No refunds are provided for:

  • All the subscription plans are complete sets of service and once the plan has been activated, you will have access to the number of email credits included in your plan. The subscription can be canceled at any time but you will lose access to the downloads, updates, and support.  We do NOT encourage you to start a subscription to test the email credits. For this purpose, we offer demos and virtual discussion.
  • Requesting a refund for the same subscription plan twice.

3.4. Payment of refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days since your request has been approved.

3.5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this yet still have not received your refund, please contact us.
